Lost in the World Like Me
1. The general premise of "Lost in the World Like Me", is an examination of our current society. The video demonstrates how indulged people are in their phones and how their connection to their phones has warped their connections to human life and consideration of the people around them.
2. I would say the video was very effective in communicating its message. The lack of color, the imagery with the phone jails and especially the filming of the person about to jump from the building made an impact on my view.
3. I think the video is more of an examination of our current society. I think people in general can recognize the patterns in the video of being drawn to the phone and disconnecting from the people and things physically around them and apply it to themselves. I would also say its a warning because, if we keep this up as a society, its only going to get worse.
